How do you look after the succulent terrarium?

How do you look after the forest closed terrarium?

What is the leadtime in ordering?

Most of our products are currently pre-orders. It means we make it fresh upon ordering. Hence leadtime is normally around 3-5 working days. There is additional extra 2 days for water featured succulent terrarium. This is because we use resin for the water effect and it needs to be fully cured before we can decorate it.

What extra steps I need to do to maintain the beautiful look of the terrarium?

You need to trim the leaves from time to time. Succulent leaves can be replanted and grow roots!  Spraying with Fertiliser may also be needed every few months.

Which terrarium range is easier to maintain for beginner?

For beginner, succulent is easier to maintain than forest closed terrarium. You will only need to water the succulent every 1-2 weeks lightly. While in closed terrarium, there are number of factors that you need to take into account. Water condensation in the glass jar, proper lighting, etc while succulents are generally very hardy. However once you get used to it, it is very easy too.

What is shipping cost for NSW areas?

Due to the fragile nature of our product. We currently only deliver around Sydney NSW areas- 35km from Killara, NSW. Extra cost is calculated upon check out.  We can send DIY kits and aromatherapy range interstate but please contact us for more information.

Can I change around Lila’s Hamper products?

Yes ofcourse, we can tailored our products on our Lila’s Signature Hamper Box according to your needs and budget. We can also add extra card for free. Please contact us for further information.
